Omnis Construction Ltd are delighted to have been chosen as the contractor to carry out the major redevelopment of the iconic Adkins Corner building in Cambridge.
Shops and flats on the curved Adkins Corner building will be refurbished in a £4 million scheme by developers RMJ Investments
As part of the developer’s plans, the Budgens supermarket, Numark Pharmacy, Florstor Carpets and Coral bookmakers will close for the works.
The retail space on the ground floor will be upgraded, first floor storage space will be converted into flats and new accommodation will be added to the rear.

Omnis have been working as part of the design team with MCW Architects and Conisbee Structural Engineers to bring the scheme to fruition.
Works will commence on site in April 2018.
