Combined Molecular & Structural Biology Laboratory – University of East Anglia
This project transforms the now barely recognizable original facilities, into a contemporary state of the art laboratory incorporating a cold room and write up room. Steps and measures were taken at all times to safeguard and preserve the integrity of the listed nature of the building structure itself and a number of retained, subsequently refurbished, fittings.
Controlled Environmental Facility – University of East Anglia
Extensive remodelling and major structural modification of the former “reptile house” within the Bio Annex has made way for a bespoke research facility comprising of eight controlled environmental rooms opening off a central presentation area. The controlled environmental rooms and lobbies were constructed from insulated composite metal walls and ceilings supplied and installed with a specialist supply chain partner working for Omnis.
