We have drawn together a team of highly professional construction personnel with considerable experience of all aspects of mainstream building construction and civil engineering able to meet the demands of modern day construction.


By assigning the appropriate time and resources to understand and fully evaluate the overall requirements, we firmly believe by adopting a proactive approach, requirements can be achieved in terms of needs and cost through design development and value engineering. Similarly, we recognise the importance of continued liaison and co–ordination with the project team. In this regard, we set out to develop and build a close working relationship that are key to the successful execution and completion of a project.

Martin Worrall

Managing Director

Martin, a founder of Omnis, has a wide-ranging background at a senior level with several major national construction companies. He is an integral member of the delivery team & is responsible for ensuring Omnis remains focused on total Client satisfaction at all times.

Jon Smith

Commercial Director

Jon is a founder of Omnis which became registered on the 25/08/04. He is responsible for all financial matters and he still plays a key role on projects as QS, along with undertaking estimating duties beside James Long.

David Sexton

Operations Manager

David joined the construction industry in 1976, progressing his career into senior management posts at an early age with various major contractors. He enjoys building teams & encouraging individuals to exceed their expectations.

Helen Favell

Book Keeper

Helen joined Omnis in June 2008 & is a qualified Book keeper. She operates the companies accounts, payroll & CIS. Helen has been working in the book keeping world since 1997 & has 1st Class Pass qualifications in Accounting levels 1 - 3.

John Overall

Senior Project Manager

John works on projects from their inception to completion, based on site he manages the health & safety, finances, programmes, materials & quality control. Liaising directly with the design team and client, he ensures projects meet their clients objectives.

Craig Watson

Site Manager

An experienced & highly versatile manager with experience in a variety of sectors. His project experience ranges from small, fast-track refurbishments with extremely tight deadlines, to multi-million pound prestigious new design & build projects.

Richard Adams

Senior Project Manager

Richard's vast experience from 1985 makes him invaluable on any construction project. On site he is in charge, managing their budgets & liaising with clients. He holds qualifications such as SMSTS, 1st Aid, Asbestos Awareness, Temporary Works coordinator & is a Master Carpenter.

Simon Dazeley

Senior Project Manager

Simon has considerable & wide-ranging experience in the construction industry. He has steadily progressed from a working skilled trade background to a semi-working supervisory management role. His ability to manage sites and work closely with Clients is exceptional.

Freddy Boone

Assistant Site Manager

Freddy's role is to ensure the correct completion of works are being carried out & that working methods are performed correctly. He has been in the construction industry since he was 18 starting as a labourer & working his way up to this stage.

James Long

Estimating & Surveying Manager

James has worked in the construction industry since 1997. He has worked for both small regional contractors and national which gives him a methodical approach to work innovation and solving problems. His attention to detail gives him an excellent rapport with clients and their design team.

Scott Ray

Project Manager

Scott has a range of experience within the construction industry. He's managed many successful projects from commencement to completion. He likes to be the key part of a team, steering it to ensure project targets are met & clients expectations exceeded.

Carl Fox

Site Manager

Carl is a conscientious, organised and fully committed member of the team with a wide range of experience across the construction industry. He takes pride in handing over a high quality project to a satisfied client.

Wayne Taylor

Site Manager Assistant

Wayne is a skilled carpenter but also turns his hand to many other elements of construction & has become an important member of the team, assisting our site management with project specific tasks & holiday cover during busy periods.

Elliott Hunt

Trainee Estimator / Surveyor

Elliott's role is to assist the Estimating & Surveying departments with production of tenders & procurement. Omnis is supporting his career development with practical experience & educational progression, with the aim for Elliott to become degree qualified.

James Horne

Senior Quantity Surveyor

James is responsible for the financial management & control of major projects. He has worked in the construction & civil engineering industry since 1989, working with mainstream contractors. James has a passion for motorsport and is also an experienced UAV pilot.

Ryan Scott

Contracts Manager

Ryan is a highly qualified and experienced contracts manager. He oversees multiple sites and ensures their health & safety, programme, quality and financial needs are all met.
